“சட்டம்” என்பது ஒரு கட்டுப்படுத்தும் விதி. “அதிகாரப்பூர்வ வழிகாட்டுதல்” சட்டம் அல்ல, ஆனால் ஆய்வாளர்கள் அதை எதிர்பார்க்கிறார்கள். “Chef Hygiene இயல்புநிலை” என்பது எந்த விதியும் எண்ணைக் கொடுக்காத இடத்தில் பயன்பாடு சரிபார்க்கும் ஒரு மதிப்பாகும்.

• சட்டம்Give information on the 14 EU allergens for food served or sold loose (Regulation 1169/2011, art. 44).
• அதிகாரப்பூர்வ வழிகாட்டுதல்Public Health Services: loose food gives the information through labelling, and the minimum is the allergenic ingredients. Chef Hygiene asks for a written list per dish and an “ask staff” sign.
• சட்டம்All food information must be in Greek. Other languages may be added (Κ.Δ.Π. 262/2002, reg. 5).
• சட்டம்For phone and online orders, give the information before ordering and again at delivery, in Greek (Regulation 1169/2011, art. 14).
