“ਕਾਨੂੰਨ” ਇੱਕ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਨਿਯਮ ਹੈ। “ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ” ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਨਿਰੀਖਕ ਇਸਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। “Chef Hygiene ਡਿਫਾਲਟ” ਇੱਕ ਮੁੱਲ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਐਪ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਨਿਯਮ ਨੰਬਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

• ਕਾਨੂੰਨGive information on the 14 EU allergens for food served or sold loose (Regulation 1169/2011, art. 44).
• ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨPublic Health Services: loose food gives the information through labelling, and the minimum is the allergenic ingredients. Chef Hygiene asks for a written list per dish and an “ask staff” sign.
• ਕਾਨੂੰਨAll food information must be in Greek. Other languages may be added (Κ.Δ.Π. 262/2002, reg. 5).
• ਕਾਨੂੰਨFor phone and online orders, give the information before ordering and again at delivery, in Greek (Regulation 1169/2011, art. 14).
