La « loi » désigne une règle contraignante. Les « recommandations officielles » ne constituent pas une loi, mais les inspecteurs s’y attendent. « Chef Hygiene valeur par défaut » est une valeur de référence utilisée par l’application lorsqu’aucune règle ne spécifie de valeur numérique.

• LoiFor food that is not prepacked, give the dish name and the 14 EU allergens at the point of sale, in writing or orally. If not in writing, an easy-to-see notice must say where to get the information or to ask the staff (Regulation 24/2015 § 2). Give it in Estonian or a form the guest understands.
• LoiFor online and phone orders, give allergen information before the order and at delivery (Regulation 24/2015 § 2).
