“कानून” एक बाध्यकारी नियम है। “आधिकारिक मार्गदर्शन” कानून नहीं है, लेकिन निरीक्षक इसकी अपेक्षा करते हैं। “Chef Hygiene डिफ़ॉल्ट” एक ऐसा मान है जिसकी जाँच ऐप द्वारा की जाती है जहाँ कोई नियम संख्या नहीं देता है।

• कानूनFor food that is not prepacked, give the dish name and the 14 EU allergens at the point of sale, in writing or orally. If not in writing, an easy-to-see notice must say where to get the information or to ask the staff (Regulation 24/2015 § 2). Give it in Estonian or a form the guest understands.
• कानूनFor online and phone orders, give allergen information before the order and at delivery (Regulation 24/2015 § 2).
