“Legge” è una norma vincolante. “Linee guida ufficiali” non sono legge, ma gli ispettori se le aspettano. “Chef Hygiene predefinito” è un valore che l’app controlla quando nessuna norma fornisce un numero.

• LeggeFor food that is not prepacked, give the dish name and the 14 EU allergens at the point of sale, in writing or orally. If not in writing, an easy-to-see notice must say where to get the information or to ask the staff (Regulation 24/2015 § 2). Give it in Estonian or a form the guest understands.
• LeggeFor online and phone orders, give allergen information before the order and at delivery (Regulation 24/2015 § 2).
