“சட்டம்” என்பது ஒரு கட்டுப்படுத்தும் விதி. “அதிகாரப்பூர்வ வழிகாட்டுதல்” சட்டம் அல்ல, ஆனால் ஆய்வாளர்கள் அதை எதிர்பார்க்கிறார்கள். “Chef Hygiene இயல்புநிலை” என்பது எந்த விதியும் எண்ணைக் கொடுக்காத இடத்தில் பயன்பாடு சரிபார்க்கும் ஒரு மதிப்பாகும்.

• சட்டம்Fire extinguishers and other fire equipment: checked at least once a year (Codex over het welzijn op het werk, art. III.3-22 §1). Keep the dates and findings.
• சட்டம்Evacuation drill for staff: at least once a year (Codex, art. III.3-26 §2).
• சட்டம்Low-voltage electrical installations are inspected every 5 years by an accredited inspection body (AREI/RGIE).
• சட்டம்Gas, heating and electrical installations must be checked periodically (Codex, art. III.3-22 §2). There is no national interval for gas. The town or fire zone sets it.
• அதிகாரப்பூர்வ வழிகாட்டுதல்Hood and ducts have no national cleaning interval. In Brussels, operators must have them cleaned regularly by a specialist firm and be able to prove it.
