“Ley” es una norma vinculante. “Orientación oficial” no es ley, pero los inspectores la esperan. “Chef Hygiene predeterminado” es un valor que la aplicación comprueba cuando ninguna norma especifica un número.
- Orientación oficialFire safety is a state matter: each state's fire service decides whether a restaurant needs a fire NOC (no-objection certificate) and what it asks for, and the National Building Code 2016 (Part 4) is the technical standard. The rules differ by state: ask your state fire service.
- LeySchedule 4 asks for a chimney with suitable suction wherever food is cooked or fried.
- Chef Hygiene predeterminadoService dates for extinguishers, alarms, emergency lights, gas and electrics: we did not confirm intervals in Indian law, so Chef Hygiene suggests dates you can change. Emergency: 112.
