Bu sayfadaki kurallar şimdilik İngilizce’dir. Daha sonra sizin dilinize çevrilecektir.
“Kanun”, bağlayıcı bir kuraldır. “Resmi kılavuz” kanun değildir, ancak denetçiler bunu bekler. “Chef Hygiene varsayılan”, hiçbir kuralın sayı vermediği durumlarda uygulamanın kontrol ettiği bir değerdir.
- Resmi kılavuzFire safety is a state matter: each state's fire service decides whether a restaurant needs a fire NOC (no-objection certificate) and what it asks for, and the National Building Code 2016 (Part 4) is the technical standard. The rules differ by state: ask your state fire service.
- KanunSchedule 4 asks for a chimney with suitable suction wherever food is cooked or fried.
- Chef Hygiene varsayılanService dates for extinguishers, alarms, emergency lights, gas and electrics: we did not confirm intervals in Indian law, so Chef Hygiene suggests dates you can change. Emergency: 112.
