Tämän sivun säännöt ovat toistaiseksi englanniksi. Ne käännetään kielellesi.
”Laki” on sitova sääntö. ”Virallinen ohjeistus” ei ole laki, mutta tarkastajat odottavat sitä. ”Chef Hygiene oletusarvo” on arvo, jota sovellus tarkistaa, vaikka mikään sääntö ei antaisi numeroa.
- Virallinen ohjeistusFire safety is a state matter: each state's fire service decides whether a restaurant needs a fire NOC (no-objection certificate) and what it asks for, and the National Building Code 2016 (Part 4) is the technical standard. The rules differ by state: ask your state fire service.
- LakiSchedule 4 asks for a chimney with suitable suction wherever food is cooked or fried.
- Chef Hygiene oletusarvoService dates for extinguishers, alarms, emergency lights, gas and electrics: we did not confirm intervals in Indian law, so Chef Hygiene suggests dates you can change. Emergency: 112.
