ஸ்லோவாகியா: ஒவ்வாமை

“சட்டம்” என்பது ஒரு கட்டுப்படுத்தும் விதி. “அதிகாரப்பூர்வ வழிகாட்டுதல்” சட்டம் அல்ல, ஆனால் ஆய்வாளர்கள் அதை எதிர்பார்க்கிறார்கள். “Chef Hygiene இயல்புநிலை” என்பது எந்த விதியும் எண்ணைக் கொடுக்காத இடத்தில் பயன்பாடு சரிபார்க்கும் ஒரு மதிப்பாகும்.

• சட்டம்Allergen information for food that is not prepacked must be written. On a menu, give the numbers 1 to 14 after the word “Obsahuje”, or the full names of the 14 EU allergens (Decree 243/2015, § 3a).
• சட்டம்For counter or self-service food, the allergen list must be visible at the counter. With a separate menu, show allergens at each dish and put the list in the menu.
• சட்டம்Ready dishes must show in writing, visibly, the country of origin of pork, beef, sheep, goat and poultry (Food Act, § 9).
