卡塔尔：消防安全

“法律”是指具有约束力的规则。“官方指南”并非法律，但检查人员会参考它。“Chef Hygiene 默认值”是指在没有规则给出具体数值的情况下，应用程序会检查的值。

• 法律No restaurant is licensed before Civil Defence certifies its fire protection (Law No. 25 of 2015, Art. 4), and you go to Civil Defence to renew the certificate at the latest 7 days before the licence ends (its schedule).
• 法律Fire systems are maintained regularly, only by technicians Civil Defence licenses, with a record of each maintenance; nothing blocks the escape routes, and exit doors are never locked while people are inside; gas cylinders in a safe place outside the kitchen, in boxes, and at most 5 in a shop (Law No. 25 of 2015, Art. 6 and 9, and its schedule).
• Chef Hygiene 默认值Extinguishers, fire alarm, hood fire suppression and electrics: Chef Hygiene suggests dates you can change. We found no set intervals, no hood suppression rule and no fire drill interval in the law.
• 官方指南Emergency: 999 for police, fire and ambulance; 992 for deaf callers (the Ministry of Interior).
