„Закон“ е задължително правило. „Официално ръководство“ не е закон, но инспекторите го очакват. „Chef Hygiene по подразбиране“ е стойност, спрямо която приложението проверява, когато никое правило не дава число.

• ПравоNo restaurant is licensed before Civil Defence certifies its fire protection (Law No. 25 of 2015, Art. 4), and you go to Civil Defence to renew the certificate at the latest 7 days before the licence ends (its schedule).
• ПравоFire systems are maintained regularly, only by technicians Civil Defence licenses, with a record of each maintenance; nothing blocks the escape routes, and exit doors are never locked while people are inside; gas cylinders in a safe place outside the kitchen, in boxes, and at most 5 in a shop (Law No. 25 of 2015, Art. 6 and 9, and its schedule).
