“法律”是指具有约束力的规则。“官方指南”并非法律，但检查人员会参考它。“Chef Hygiene 默认值”是指在没有规则给出具体数值的情况下，应用程序会检查的值。

• Chef Hygiene 默认值Chef Hygiene suggests the maker’s servicing for extinguishers, with dates recorded, and a yearly check. This is the app’s default; you can edit it.
• 法律Electrics: the Starkstrominspektorat is the control body. Special installations with a restricted permit are checked every 5 years, and others by sample checks (NIV arts. 28–29). No interval for restaurants is set. Chef Hygiene suggests 5 years.
