“法律”是指具有约束力的规则。“官方指南”并非法律，但检查人员会参考它。“Chef Hygiene 默认值”是指在没有规则给出具体数值的情况下，应用程序会检查的值。

• 法律EU Regulation 1169/2011 applies in Iceland. You must manage the 14 allergens: gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, tree nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphites, lupin and molluscs.
• 法律For loose food served or sold in restaurants, written allergen information must be given where the food is presented, sold or supplied. It must be in Icelandic or English.
• 官方指南A general notice such as this kitchen handles nuts is not enough. Give specific information for each dish.
