हंगरी: एलर्जी

“कानून” एक बाध्यकारी नियम है। “आधिकारिक मार्गदर्शन” कानून नहीं है, लेकिन निरीक्षक इसकी अपेक्षा करते हैं। “Chef Hygiene डिफ़ॉल्ट” एक ऐसा मान है जिसकी जाँच ऐप द्वारा की जाती है जहाँ कोई नियम संख्या नहीं देता है।

• कानूनGuests must be told about the 14 EU allergens in food that is not prepacked, before they order and free of charge. This includes online orders (Decree 36/2014 (FM)).
• कानूनWritten information is a sheet, menu or screen where the food is offered, with a sign that points guests to it.
• कानूनOral information is allowed only if a trained responsible person is always present, a visible notice says guests can ask, and a written internal procedure names that person and shows allergen training.
• कानूनThe information must be in Hungarian. If fresh meat was frozen before, you must say so.
