मैक्सिको: अग्नि सुरक्षा

“कानून” एक बाध्यकारी नियम है। “आधिकारिक मार्गदर्शन” कानून नहीं है, लेकिन निरीक्षक इसकी अपेक्षा करते हैं। “Chef Hygiene डिफ़ॉल्ट” एक ऐसा मान है जिसकी जाँच ऐप द्वारा की जाती है जहाँ कोई नियम संख्या नहीं देता है।

• कानूनNOM-002-STPS-2010 (every workplace): an emergency plan, an evacuation map at the entrances, escape routes and exits kept clear, fire extinguishers checked every month with a record, a yearly programme of checks of the fire equipment and the electrical and gas installations, and fire training every year.
• कानूनFire drills at least once a year where the fire risk is ordinary, and at least twice a year where it is high (NOM-002-STPS-2010 sets the risk classes).
• Chef Hygiene डिफ़ॉल्टYour state's and city's civil protection (Protección Civil) may ask for more: we did not check their rules, so Chef Hygiene suggests dates you can change.
