The records and registrations your kitchen must keep.

Checked

“Law” is a binding rule. “Official guidance” is not law, but inspectors expect it. “Chef Hygiene default” is a value the app checks against where no rule gives a number.

  • Chef Hygiene defaultNo legal pest-control visit interval was found. Chef Hygiene suggests a pest-control contract and a monthly own check. Chef Hygiene asks for fridge checks twice a day.
