“சட்டம்” என்பது ஒரு கட்டுப்படுத்தும் விதி. “அதிகாரப்பூர்வ வழிகாட்டுதல்” சட்டம் அல்ல, ஆனால் ஆய்வாளர்கள் அதை எதிர்பார்க்கிறார்கள். “Chef Hygiene இயல்புநிலை” என்பது எந்த விதியும் எண்ணைக் கொடுக்காத இடத்தில் பயன்பாடு சரிபார்க்கும் ஒரு மதிப்பாகும்.

• சட்டம்The Fire Prevention Service (SPI) is the fire authority. A normal restaurant is a low fire-risk workplace. The employer provides fire-fighting, first aid and evacuation, and keeps fire exits free and marked (Law 31/1998 art. 18).
• Chef Hygiene இயல்புநிலைNo San Marino text was found for extinguisher, fire alarm, drill, electrical or gas intervals. Chef Hygiene’s intervals are editable defaults; confirm them with the SPI.
