“ਕਾਨੂੰਨ” ਇੱਕ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਨਿਯਮ ਹੈ। “ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ” ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਨਿਰੀਖਕ ਇਸਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। “Chef Hygiene ਡਿਫਾਲਟ” ਇੱਕ ਮੁੱਲ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਐਪ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਨਿਯਮ ਨੰਬਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

• ਕਾਨੂੰਨThe Fire Prevention Service (SPI) is the fire authority. A normal restaurant is a low fire-risk workplace. The employer provides fire-fighting, first aid and evacuation, and keeps fire exits free and marked (Law 31/1998 art. 18).
• Chef Hygiene ਡਿਫਾਲਟNo San Marino text was found for extinguisher, fire alarm, drill, electrical or gas intervals. Chef Hygiene’s intervals are editable defaults; confirm them with the SPI.
