Tämän sivun säännöt ovat toistaiseksi englanniksi. Ne käännetään kielellesi.
”Laki” on sitova sääntö. ”Virallinen ohjeistus” ei ole laki, mutta tarkastajat odottavat sitä. ”Chef Hygiene oletusarvo” on arvo, jota sovellus tarkistaa, vaikka mikään sääntö ei antaisi numeroa.
- LakiA restaurant with a Central licence or 10 or more outlets shows calories, allergens (cereals with gluten, crustaceans, milk, egg, fish, peanuts and tree nuts, soy, sulphites at 10 mg per kg or more) and the veg / non-veg logo on its menu (FSS (Labelling and Display) Regulations 2020, reg 9, with FSSAI's Guidance Note of 23 February 2022).
- Virallinen ohjeistusFor other restaurants FSSAI says it is preferable to name the common allergens on the menu and to tell customers when cross-contact cannot be avoided.
