“قانون” ایک پابند اصول ہے۔ “سرکاری رہنمائی” قانون نہیں ہے، لیکن انسپکٹرز اس کی توقع کرتے ہیں۔ “Chef Hygiene ڈیفالٹ” ایک ایسی قدر ہے جس کے خلاف ایپ چیک کرتی ہے جہاں کوئی اصول نمبر نہیں دیتا ہے۔

• قانونCivil Defence approval before the municipal licence is issued, and the fire volume of the Saudi Building Code (SBC-801); a first-aid kit, the Civil Defence instructions on a board, and nothing blocking the way out of the shop (the Restaurant Requirements 1446H).
• Chef Hygiene ڈیفالٹExtinguishers, fire alarm, hood fire suppression and electrics: Chef Hygiene suggests dates you can change. The Civil Defence's own rules could not be opened, so we give no extinguisher count, hood suppression or fire drill rule.
• سرکاری رہنمائیEmergency: 998 Civil Defence (fire), 997 ambulance, 999 police; 911 is the unified number where it is available. Please check these numbers locally.
