“قانون” یو پابند قاعده ده. “رسمي لارښوونه” قانون نه دی، مګر تفتیش کونکي یې تمه لري. “Chef Hygiene ډیفالټ” هغه ارزښت دی چې اپلیکیشن یې په وړاندې ګوري چیرې چې هیڅ قاعده شمیره نه ورکوي.

• قانونYour own-check (omavalvonta) must find and control hazards, and you must record the results (Food Act, § 15; EU Regulation 852/2004, article 5). No own-check can bring a sanction fee.
• قانونKeep own-check records at least 1 year after the use-by or best-before date, or 1 year after handling if the food has no date (decree 318/2021, § 22).
• قانونKeep traceability data at least 1 year from sending or receiving the food.
