“قانون” یو پابند قاعده ده. “رسمي لارښوونه” قانون نه دی، مګر تفتیش کونکي یې تمه لري. “Chef Hygiene ډیفالټ” هغه ارزښت دی چې اپلیکیشن یې په وړاندې ګوري چیرې چې هیڅ قاعده شمیره نه ورکوي.

• قانونThe 14 allergens are the same as in the EU (LIV Annex 6). Loose food needs the same information as prepacked food (LGV Art. 39).
• قانونYou may give allergen information orally only if a clearly visible written notice says so, and staff have the details in writing or an expert can answer at once (LIV Art. 5). A menu or poster also works.
• قانونThe origin country of meat and fish must always be given in writing. A “may contain traces” notice is not needed for loose food (LGV Art. 39, LIV Art. 5).
• رسمي لارښوونهGVG guide: written allergen marking is voluntary. If you use codes, use the GVG numbering from 1 (gluten) to 14 (molluscs).
